Dunbyrne Riding Club

Dunbyrne Riding Club is our riding club affiliated with AIRC (Association of Irish Riding Clubs). Riding club is the biggest amateur sports association in Ireland! Riding club is a little like a pony club for those aged over 17 with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment of the sport.

Riding club members can compete at dressage, showjumping, eventing and showing at local and national shows organised at local venues such as Coilog, Redhills and JAG. For those who prefer not to compete non riding membership is also available to allow someone to join and enjoy the social aspect of the club.

For riding membership you will need to have your own horse or pony and transport for travelling to training / shows. Riding club costs under €75 for a years membership!

Dunbyrne Riding Club is based in Dunbyrne Equestrian but members do not have to be on livery at our equestrian centre to join our club. In fact, if you keep your horse at home riding club is a great way to meet like minded people, make new equestrian friends and enjoy your sport with like minded people. Potential members should be proposed by one existing riding club member and seconded by another.
